Rage Against the Machine... even while following it.
A review of Tempered Rage by Job
Introduction
This is a rather interesting concept that I love; rage harnessed to be used as a proper advantage opposed to just losing ones mind. I believe it opens the door to wider roleplaying opportunities.
Cons
None that I can see; has great requirements.
Pros
Like I stated before, it opens up a wild range of roleplaying opportunities and allows the barbarian to be more than just someone who goes insane if poked wrong.
The requirements are perfect, it shows that a character must build to yoke their rage; excellent work.
Conclusion
A feat that I would gladly allow in my campaign.

Overall: This is a notable feat that any DM should allow; WotC should be kicking themselves for not thinking of it.
