When I see a new material to make weapons and armor from, I get all tingly and shivery...
A review of Invincible Ice by Firebald
Introduction
Right off the bat the lead-in sets the tone. Makes sense, and sounds plausible. So let's begin the in-depth look at a druid spell.
Cons
Darn, another review where they went and fixed all my minor complaints!
Pros
Very nice. This could explain the creation of Frost Reaver, the ice sword and other things like that. The idea makes sense, and actually matches the lead in well. Some nice examples would make this definitally a good idea for druids with their weapon restrictions and vows, and even a few northern barbarian tribes would use this for style! You even added the HP and Hardness for items!
DCs for crafting! RULES FOR MELTING! IT'S ALL HERE!
Conclusion
All in all not a bad idea at all.
