This villain will take most heroes by surprise.
A review of Elissa Ravenheart by Jer Moore
Introduction
Ranking in at 5'3" no one would suspect Elissa until it's too late.
Cons
None except I would say maybe make her a few years older perhaps 21ish.
Pros
Background explains the life of Elissa quite well giving a DM insight into why she is so evil. Henchmen are already listed so a DM doesn't have to put so much work into making them up his or herself including names. Mechanics are followed, basically a villain just waiting for some PCs to mess around with.
Conclusion
Elissa Ravenheart is a villain DMs dream about; she is well thought out, complete and most importantly devilishly evil. A hero wouldn't even see it coming.
