Solme-Russ (Wave Blade) (Medium; Exotic)
The Sharakim Prince grinned, and the deadly blade of malleable water hissed and foamed as it swung through the air...
Solme-Russ is an ancient blade which is formed from the elements of water. Wielded by a legend from out of time. A forgotten Sharakim Prince whose land had fallen eons ago carries the blade, and he still wanders across the land hiding from the evil that destroyed his nation. He bares many ancient secrets, and many ancient truths to be heard.
The hilt and handle are carved in an ancient language no longer spoken by any. The Sharakim Prince had long ago born a different blade, which was destroyed during the wars against his homelands. A friendly nation of sea-kin on a bastion of pure water forged a new blade to the hilt for the exiled prince to wield. The blade of the weapon is actually formed from constantly surging water. It appears pure and tinted light blue when held within the light. When close to the weapon, a person can actually hear the hissing and roiling of the waters that make of the blade. Somehow, the water never leaves and manages to form an edge sharper than any normal forged blade.
Solme-Russ (Wave Blade)
+2 Bane (Evil Outsiders) Icy Burst Bastard Sword of Critical Strike
On a confirmed critical hit the weapon deals a further +1d10 (cold) damage as the water of the blade surges into the vital organs of the creature and forces aside blood from the victim's very veins.
A bastard sword is too large to use in one hand without special training; thus, it is an exotic weapon. A character can use a bastard sword two-handed as a martial weapon.
