Nefire and Effire (Medium; Exotic)
He linked his two swords into one and the last thing I remember was them spinning like a tornado.
These two swords were made for someone who wants to use two weapons and double weapons. The swords can be used seperately as a +2 flaming longsword and a +2 frost longsword and act as martial weapons. But the user can link them together at the hilt to make them into a double sword called Antipode. When in this form the blades increase to plus three and can perform a special attack. Once per day the user can, when the swords are linked, spin them around at high speed and create a tornado of flame and ice that deals 1d6 fire and 1d6 cold damage to all within 5ft (except the user). However there is a Reflex save for half damage (DC 20).
These swords were created by a wizard by the name of Dawar Hawklight for his brother who was a fighter by the name of Kevnan Hawklight. He was looking for a way to kill many enemies at one time so he took his problem to his brother who in turn made these swords. The swords have been passed down through the Hawklight family for generations. Since then copies have been made but the orignal is said to be priceless.
Nefire is made out of steel mixed with certain chemicals to make it red. Engraved on the blade is what looks like flames. It is a +2 flaming longsword.
Effire is made from cold iron that was magically treated to look sky blue. Engraved on the blade is what looks like crystals. It is a +2 cold iron frost longsword.
