A book of variants, cool rules, and a lot of sense. Here's a book for any DnD group that wants to try something new and different.
I like variety. This book is my nourishment for such cravings of change. I've used a lot of these variants in the games I've played recently and it really refreshes DnD for everyone. However, this book deals with the deepest parts of the game and is not made for the average DnD fan. You really need to understand the rules before diving in. But it helps the RPG game keep its vitality. Go ahead and pick up the book, it'll be worth it.
